The Process
Whether you’ve completed the design and are in need of a General Contractor or are just beginning and want assistance from the start of design through completion of construction. We use the same method for all projects which we call “The Process”. Our process consists of the following: Build Relationships, Establish Accountability, Execute and Repeat.
Build Relationships
Establish a strong relationship from the beginning by ensuring we answer any and all construction-related questions you may have about your upcoming project. We want to build your trust so you know and feel that your project is in the best hands.
Establish Accountability
Review the plans, specs, and proposal with the design team and owner to establish accountability. We will lay out expectations from all parties involved in order to meet the desired schedule including time frames for material selections, submittal review, and any owner-provided materials or vendors, etc.
We will keep an open line of communication on scope, pricing, and delays so everyone is on the same page. Adapt when unforeseen circumstances happen so as a team we can discuss options to avoid further delays and find ways to get back on track.
Execute and Repeat
Once contracts and the initial meetings are completed we will mobilize on-site and begin construction. We will set up a site-specific safety program tailored to the activities and situations that are special to your project.
We will have weekly safety and coordination meetings with the subcontractors to discuss the schedule, coordinate material deliveries, and quality control.
Our ultimate goal is to build a long-term relationship that is beneficial to all parties involved and can continue for years to come.
